Vodafone Service Delays

First of all we would like to apologise for the service delays currently being experienced with our Vodafone UK unlocking service.
The delay is unfortunately out of our hands and down to some changes made in Vodafones processing system.
These changes along with an increased demand due to the upcoming Christmas period have caused a backlog of over 10,000 imei’s.
All orders are being processed in a queuing system so the older requests will be processed first.
These delays are not unique to us but every company providing such services.
While we appreciate your customers may not be very understanding regarding delays, it is vital to stress to them that if they cancel their imei will be removed from the queue and will then be starting again from the beginning of the process.
As a result of these delays we are now advising all new orders will take between 5 and 15 working days.

Again apologies for the delays but we are working as hard as we can to clear the backlog as quickly as possible.
